We value sustainable usage of utilities such as electricity and water. Therefore we ask our guests to value this with us. The appliances in Ocean View 20 are very efficient and have been bought with sustainability in mind. The costs of water usage are included in our prices.Electricity usage and the costs derived will be settled with the deposit at the end of your stay.
When you are staying for 12 days or longer, you will receive a free cleaning after 7 days (Linnen, towels and general cleaning of all areas). Would you like to receive cleaning more often or when booking a shorter stay? Than the costs are €80,- per cleaning.
